Today, EIS Wire and Cable Company operates a modern 125,000 sq. ft. facility based in Western Massachusetts and specializes in manufacturing a wide range of custom design and standard construction products-from single conductor hook-up wire to complex multi conductor composite cables.

Management Bios
Thomas L. DePetrillo – Chairman of the Board, Secretary
Mr. DePetrillo has been the majority shareholder for EIS Wire & Cable since October 1998. Over the past 40 years he has been involved in many businesses in finance and investments, including investment banking (IPOs/private placements), venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition he is the lead partner of the Providence Capital Group (a venture capital/turnaround company). From 1990-1994 he was a Partner with the Investment Banking Groups of Josephthal Lyon and Ross and Schneider Securities.
Nicholas J. Moceri – President/Director
As President, Mr. Moceri is responsible for the operational, financial, legal and strategic planning activities of the company. In addition, since 1998 Mr. Moceri has been a partner with Providence Capital Group (a venture capital/turnaround company) and from 1992-1998 was a Partner with the Investment Banking Groups of Josephthal Lyon and Ross (NYSE) and Schneider Securities. Mr. Moceri holds a B.Sc. in Economics/Finance (1985) from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and studied at the London School of Economics.
Roy St. Andre – Executive Vice President
Mr. St Andre brings to EIS 30 years of wire and cable experience. His background in materials management, production control and cost analysis makes him uniquely qualified. He has vast experience of production planning in all aspects of wire manufacturing from copper drawing and fabrication through extrusion and cabling. His extensive training in Lean Manufacturing and broad knowledge of continuous improvement methods provide him the skills required to direct all areas of the day to day manufacturing operations.
Nuno Valdegas – General Manager
Mr. Valdegas brings to EIS over 20 years of Operational experience in Manufacturing and Distribution. He has held various operations leadership roles including overseeing multi-shift and multi-plant operations. Nuno also brings experience in business management system implementations and systemic process improvement through establishing best practices and standardization.
Lisa Girard – Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Girard brings 15 years of finance and accounting experience to EIS. She has worked in public accounting, and held Senior Accountant and Controller positions in manufacturing and defense contractor businesses. She holds a BA in Psychology from UMass-Dartmouth, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Western New England University.
Michael Cinicolo – Vice President of Sales & New Business Development
Mr. Cinicolo brings to EIS Wire & Cable Co. over 26 years of wire and cable experience. Throughout his career he has held a number of key positions including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Sales Engineering Manager and V.P. Sales Engineering. Mike has successfully developed business in the aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, industrial, medical and marine markets. Mike is a graduate of Kean University, where he earned a BS degree in Marketing.
Erick Poock – Engineering Manager
Mr. Poock brings 30 years of wire and cable manufacturing engineering experience to the team at EIS. Throughout his career, Erick has worked with various other major wire and cable manufacturers to lead and support significant operational improvements focusing on improving manufacturing lead times while reducing quality defects. A champion and practitioner of continuous improvement, Erick holds both Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and Blackbelt certifications. Erick also holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and Physics from SUNY at Potsdam.
Elizabeth Fitzgerald – Director of Finance
Ms. Fitzgerald brings almost 10 years experience in Accounting & Finance. Beginning her career in Public Accounting, she then moved into manufacturing within the Medical & Aerospace industries, serving in Accounting Manager and Senior Financial Analyst/ Jr. Controller capacities. A local graduate of Elms College, obtaining first her BA, Summa Cum Laude, with a dual major specializing in both Accounting and Information Systems, as well as, Business Management & Marketing; then her MBA in Accounting. Ms. Fitzgerald brings a wide variety of Financial skill sets and Analytical Reporting capabilities to the EIS Management Team.
Peter Gaudet – Purchasing and Production Control Manger, IT Manager
Mr. Gaudet has over 27 years’ experience in the Wire and Cable Industry as well as several years in the Aerospace and Textile industries. Pete and his team are responsible for the management of materials and production planning, as well as shipping and export compliance management. Pete also heads up our IT department. His knowledge of wire and cable and their processes from drawing to finished cable makes him a valuable asset to EIS.
Michael Griswold – Lean Continuous Improvement Facilitator
Mr. Griswold began his carrer in the wire and cable Industry where he was trained as a Certified Lean Facilitator – Shingijutsu Japan. During this time, he worked with 60 employees to facilitate 73 kaizen events and 34 major events. Mike continued in the wire and cable industried and went on to become a Certified Lean Facilitator / Trainer and earned his Six Sigma Greenbelt.
