Thomas L. DePetrillo - Chairman of the Board, SecretaryMr. DePetrillo has been the majority shareholder for EIS Wire & Cable since October 1998. Over the past 40 years he has been involved in many businesses in finance and investments, including investment banking (IPOs/private placements), venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition he is the lead partner of the Providence Capital Group (a venture capital/turnaround company). From 1990-1994 he was a Partner with the Investment Banking Groups of Josephthal Lyon and Ross and Schneider Securities.
Nicholas J. Moceri - President/DirectorAs President, Mr. Moceri is responsible for the operational, financial, legal and strategic planning activities of the company. In addition, since 1998 Mr. Moceri has been a partner with Providence Capital Group (a venture capital/turnaround company) and from 1992-1998 was a Partner with the Investment Banking Groups of Josephthal Lyon and Ross (NYSE) and Schneider Securities. Mr. Moceri holds a B.Sc. in Economics/Finance (1985) from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and studied at the London School of Economics.
Roy St. Andre - Executive Vice President & General ManagerMr. St Andre brings to EIS 30 years of wire and cable experience. His background in materials management, production control and cost analysis make him uniquely qualified. He has vast experience of production planning in all aspects of wire manufacturing from copper drawing and fabrication through extrusion and cabling. His extensive training in Lean Manufacturing and broad knowledge of continuous improvement methods provide him the skills required to direct all areas of the day to day manufacturing operations.
Armand Mayotte - Chief Financial OfficerMr. Mayotte graduated from Western New England College in Springfield, MA with a BSBA in Accounting and went on to earn an MBA in Business Administration. He is a Notary Public in the State of Massachusetts and a former VP of Education and Professional Development for the NAA. Armand brings to the Company 35 years of manufacturing experience from EIS, American Fiber & Finishing, Inc., The Wm. E. Wright Co., and Champion Packaging. He has worked as Cost Accountant, Financial Analyst, Manager of Budgets & Cost Accounting, Manager of Financial Systems, Controller, CFO and Information Systems Director.
Alan Wodyka - National Sales ManagerMr. Wodyka brings to EIS over 30 years of wire and cable experience. During his time in the industry he has held numerous positions, giving him extensive knowledge of various manufacturing capabilities, cable design and UL/CSA requirements. Alan is responsible for building sales of EIS’ wide range of product capabilities to both new and existing accounts nationally. Al is also instrumental in the development of new products, enabling EIS to penetrate new markets and build relationships with existing accounts.
William Ten Kate - Engineering/Quality ControlMr. Ten Kate is responsible for the Quality Assurance and Engineering functions at EIS Wire & Cable. Bill has been with EIS for over 20 years and has over 30 years of diverse experience in the wire and cable industry including 8 years at Chester Cable Corporation (Nexans). While at EIS, Bill has held several positions in the QA, Engineering, Sales and Production departments.
